Who Is Grace Prosper Housing Foundation
We are a 501(c)(3) organization founded and developed by Recovering Addicts, Foster Parents, Teachers, Counsellors, and Medical Physicians. Grace Prosper Housing Foundation’s mission is to create a positive impact by offering safe, secure, and supportive housing solutions for individuals and families seeking a fresh start, whether they are recovering from substance use disorder or transitioning from the department of corrections or needing a fresh start for other reasons. We are devoted to assisting our residents in their pursuit of trauma informed recovery, fresh starts, and self-sufficiency. Through our specialized housing programs and comprehensive support services, we aim to empower our residents to lead fulfilling, independent lives.
Welcome to Grace Prosper Housing Foundation
We have already started our Substance Use Disorder Recovery Housing but plan to expand our specialized housing programs to include all below:
- Adult & Youth Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery
- Youth Aging Out of the Foster Care System
- Parents and Children Reunification
- Emergency Placement for Children in Foster Care
- Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) Newborns
Our foundation goes beyond providing housing. We offer a comprehensive range of services and support programs to ensure the physical, emotional & mental, social, spiritual well-being and the personal responsibility of our residents.
